Easy Peasy Flower Arrangement

27 Sep

the loud and clear

As the summer comes to a close (sniff!), I’ve been scrounging around for the last bits of life in the garden and thought I’d share a quick and easy way to display them. Gather some random bottles and jars (these were each $1 or less at the flea market), add blooms, and group them in a pleasing manner.

This is one of those things that’s hard to screw up. Don’t be afraid to mess around with it until you’re happy.  Keep it simple, vary your heights and textures, et voila! As an added bonus, the flowers tend to last longer than in larger arrangements but are easy to switch out for new ones  when they bite the dust.

Love this arrangement! I’ve done a similar one, but have always used mason jars. Will dig through the stash here & give your idea a try with the last stragglers still blooming in the gardens here.
Thanks for stopping by my blog too…………always love visitors!
